Michael is the Co-Founder of a consulting company: in2success. His company has its focus on Unified Communications and Project management. With experience of more than 8 years working in Microsoft UC, he is the head of UC part in in2success.

During multiple international/global projects Michael got his current focus on architecting, planning and deploying enterprise voice environments for small, mid-market and enterprise customers all over the world. This also includes Office 365 and Azure services as well. Next to his job he is interested in technical stuff and traveling to exiting places and people to get in touch with other thoughts and get inspired every day.

Since 2021, Michael has been awarded as MVP for Office Apps and Services with Focus on Microsoft Teams.

Thorsten Pickhan – Moderator Bochum

Thorsten Pickhan is working as Project Delivery and UC Consultant at gab  ExactlyIT Solutions GmbH in Plattling.

As UC consultant Thorsten plans and deploys UC infrastructures based on Microsoft technologies. He works as technician and consultant for decades and is specialized in Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. From beginning of his UC consultant career, he was focused and specialized for Enterprise Voice implementations. He established several UC projects in all facets in the mid-market and enterprise environments.

In his free time, he loves to barbecue with friends or to travel in Germany and to the USA. Also, he produces on a regular basis new video content for his weekly “Office 365 QuickTipps” or his monthly “What’s new in Office 365” YouTube channel.

Adrian Ritter – Moderator Bochum

Adrian works as Technical Lead Modern Workplace at Netgo GmbH in Bochum. For more than 12 years, he has focused on designing and implementing collaboration platforms based on Microsoft technologies. No matter whether On-Prem or in the Cloud.

His roots lie in working as a SharePoint consultant. In many projects he was able to gather expert knowledge around business requirements for collaboration and processes as well as user adoption. In addition to his work, he is interested in every type of technology, exchanges with people to get to know new perspectives. During the holidays he loves to sail on the Baltic Sea or the Dutch lakes.

Dennis is a UC Solution Architect and the Skype for Business Lead Architect at GIS – Gesellschaft für Informationssystem in Hamburg. He has more than eight years of experience in global UC Projects from designing to operating and is a certified MCITP since OCS 2007.

He is currently working on Office 365 and Skype for Business Online related projects and has done a variety of enterprise voice implementation including call center solutions based on Lync and Skype for Business. Dennis likes to travel and is interested in American sports like basketball and football.
